How long does it take to produce an order?
For standard products, the lead time is typically 15-25 days after deposit confirmation. For custom-made products, it takes approximately 30-45 days to complete tooling and production.
What are your payment terms?
We accept common payment methods such as telegraphic transfer (T/T, that is, bank transfer). For new customers, we can accept a 30% deposit, and the balance should be paid before shipment.
Which ports do you ship from?
We mainly ship from major Chinese ports like Qingdao, Tianjin, or Shanghai, which offers us efficient logistics connections to global destinations.
How do you ensure product quality during production?
We have a comprehensive quality control process. It starts with raw material inspection, continues with in-process checks during extrusion/vulcanization, and ends with a final full inspection of dimensions, appearance, and performance (like tension tests) before packaging.
