Our engineering team reviews the design, calculates the mold development cost, and provides you with a detailed product price quotation.

The quote will include:

Lead Time estimates for mold making and production.

After you confirm and approve the quotation, we will request an advance payment or the full mold cost to commence the project.

A formal Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued for your payment.

Our skilled technicians build the high-precision mold according to the approved specifications. Upon completion, we produce initial samples for your evaluation.

We will ship the first article samples to you via express courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx).

You inspect and test the samples for fit, form, and function. We await your formal approval to proceed with mass production.

If any adjustments are needed, we will modify the mold until the sample meets your 100% satisfaction.

After production is complete, we perform a final random inspection. Once passed, we carefully package the goods and arrange shipment to your designated port.

We provide all necessary shipping documents (Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, etc.).
